Dr. Taylor is the Medical Director of Planned Parenthood Arizona. She is also an Assistant Professor of Clinicial Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California. 

Dr. Taylor graduated from the Charles R. Drew – University of California, Los Angeles Medical Education Program in Los Angeles, California.  She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the King/Drew Medical Center in Los Angeles, California and completed a Family Planning Fellowship in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Keck School of Medicine at USC. 

Dr. Taylor has been a lead investigator for clinical trials with the Population Council and Department of Defense.
