Message From CEO, Victoria Hale

A new decade, A new approach to women's health

Imagine a women's healthcare company with a revolutionary vision. A company so attuned to addressing the unmet healthcare needs of women worldwide that it cycles all revenue right back into the company to continue meeting these needs rather than disbursing profits among shareholders.

That's the perspective and mission of Medicines360®, a nonprofit, pharmaceutical company. We develop innovative, affordable, and sustainable medical solutions to address the global health needs of women and children. We're the organization that asks "Why can't we create and make accessible, affordable and effective healthcare solutions and services for all women?" What sets us apart from other companies is how purchase of our products by women who can readily afford them subsidizes the reduction of price for women who can't afford them.  And because we re-invest all revenue back into the non-profit company, we believe that women will support us by using our products and helping us make great strides for other women worldwide.

Right now, our top priority is developing a safe, effective, long-acting and fully reversible contraceptive. Why has Medicines360® chosen to focus initially on contraception and specifically an intrauterine device (IUD)? Simply put, this is a critical unmet need both here in the U.S. and internationally. Globally, more than 215 million women lack access to contraceptives and as many as 40% of all pregnancies are unplanned or unwanted. In the U.S., teen pregnancy rates are higher than our economic peers around the world, and 50% of all pregnancies are unplanned, with 40% of these ending in abortion.

We need to raise the standards of women's healthcare globally, and we exist to bring access and real solutions to women who desperately need them.

Medicines360®'s partnership is leading the way to improved technologies. In the future, we will seek out partners for the design, development and distribution of targeted products to address these compelling needs. Women's health concerns are too often forgotten; we are eager to find new medical solutions for these crucial issues.

Join us in our quest to advance the quality of life for women worldwide.
